How to select a battery load bank?
A battery load is used discharge battery so as to test the real capacity of batteries. However, it is not universal like a encyclopedia to cover everything. What you need to do is to select the right and professional model for your specific application purpose. What you need to know:
To figure out the most suitable model, you need to know:

  1. What battery strings do you test?
    Selections: 24V, 48V, 125V, 240V, 380V, 480V or others. 
  2. What is max discharge current for each string do you require?
  3. How many batteries do you test in one string?

 Example of Answers:

  1. String of 48V and 125V.
  2. 100A for 48V and 100A for 125V
  3. 24 cells of 2V in 48V string, and 60 cells of 2V in 125V string

Based on this example, you will need a customized load bank of 48V/125V 100A with max discharge current of 100A for both 48V and 125V battery systems.
